Washington State Chapter Scholarship Application

About the Washington State CCIM Chapter

The Washington State CCIM Chapter is a privately incorporated chapter of the CCIM Institute. The Chapter encompasses the State of Washington as well as northern Idaho and has nearly 200 members from various real estate and real estate-related fields.

About the CCIM Foundation

The CCIM Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The Mission of the CCIM Foundation is to advance and foster commercial real estate education through scholarships, programs and initiatives. The CCIM Foundation created named endowed scholarships to honor those who have shown great dedication, commitment, outstanding achievement and service to the commercial real estate industry.

Apply today for a scholarship for up to the full cost of the offered course. You must be a current dues paying member of the WA State Chapter to apply.

Complete and submit this application no later than TWENTY-ONE DAYS PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE COURSE.

Scholarship Selection Criteria 

Includes the following:

  • Each applicant should be able to demonstrate a commitment to a commercial real estate career
  • Each applicant should be able to demonstrate active involvement as a dues paying member with the Washington State CCIM Chapter
  • Recipient of this scholarship should have a need for financial assistance.
  • Recipient of this scholarship agrees to serve as an active committee member of the Washington State CCIM Chapter

By submitting this application, I agree that in the event I am chosen to receive a scholarship, the Washington State CCIM Chapter and the CCIM Foundation may use my name, likeness and/or profile in printed and electronic promotional materials. I also agree that I will serve as an active member of a committee of the Washington State CCIM Chapter for a minimum of one calendar year.

Students must successfully pass the course and provide proof of such to be awarded the scholarship funds.
